Making a Complaint

High Life Highland's complaints process is designed to be a quick, simple and streamlined way to resolve issues early, locally and positively.

The process provides three opportunities to resolve complaints:

  1. Frontline Resolution (Stage 1)
  2. Investigation (Stage 2)
  3. Review (Stage 3)

We aim to resolve the vast majority of complaints at frontline resolution stage.
