Our Commitment to You:

    • We will endeavour to resolve the vast majority of comments and complaints at frontline resolution stage and within 5 working days.
    • We will endeavour to resolve any complaint requiring further investigation within 15 working days.
    • If at frontline resolution or investigation stage you are dissatisfied with the response you have received from High Life Highland, you may ask for a review of our decision. Reviews will be referred to the appropriate High Life Highland Principal Manager.
