Our Movers & Shakers programme is hitting the road to offer a series of dance sessions across the Highlands. Come along and meet our Wake Up Shake Up Dance Tutor, Amy, face - face and enjoy a fun day, designed to re-engage and connect our young people. The sessions will help to increase confidence, boost self-esteem and increase social skills after a year of on-line learning. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring a water bottle.
