Build a Bike Project | LOCH017818 | ||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Hosted by Lochaber Environmental Group, at the ‘Bike Kitchen’ by the greenhouses in Claggan Park, these sessions involve stripping and rebuilding donated bikes for 'adoption' by people who need a bike. At the end of the course, you can take home your re-built bike for a small donation to the project, or put it up for adoption. Either way you will learn valuable bike building skills. The ‘Bike Kitchen’ and ‘Adopt a Bike’ projects are funded by Paths for All and the Climate Change Fund and supported by Lochaber Environmental Group’s ‘Low Carbon Lochaber Project’. | |||||||||||||||||||
