Mountain Bike Skills, Drills and all things Highland Games! Take part in a Mountain Biking Skills session - take your own bike and learn how to 1)look after your bike 2) ride your bike through obstacle courses and races at the park and 3) go on a small local adventure. Not had enough - swap over to the second session where you will become a true Highlander - toss the caber, throw the shot putt and take part in challenges and races as an individual and in teams. Phew!
Two fun filled sessions that allow children to be active, creative and responsible in nature.

Participants are asked to come with their own Packed Lunch, although healthy snacks and juice will be provided for all. Half Time break will allow for children to refresh and enjoy lunch at the Alness Youth Centre.

Participants should be dropped off at the Alness Youth Centre where they will meet instructors and store their lunch/belongings.
Limited spaces and quick booking recommended.
Please adhere to COVID guidance at time of session (2m Social Distancing. Masks and hand hygiene).
