| The Level 4 Award in Dance Leadership is a nationally recognised qualification that enables successful learners to lead small groups in simple dance activities, whilst under direct supervision of their Tutor/Assessor or other suitably qualified adult. The qualification teaches generic leadership skills such as organisation, planning, communication and teamwork through the medium of dance. It is a fun and practical qualification with no entrance requirements or final exams to sit, but candidates will be required to demonstrate 1 hour of leadership. | |||||||||||||||||||
