| Come and learn to paddle with High Life Highland. This day will be an introduction to kayaking. During the day the fully qualified instructor will help the participants develop paddle skills using, games, journeying and rescues. This will take place in single kayaks with double bladed paddle and on flat water. More details on activities on our webpage.
